The theoretical course of blueberry care and cultivation was continued with practical training and the field part of the training is being conducted in the blueberry plantations owned by the company, Efco.
In Laituri, Guria, from 2019 to date, Efco Ltd manages a 36-hectare blueberry plantation planted with the assistance of the Rural Development Agency, which from 2021 will be presented on the local and world market under a new brand: "GeorgianBlue - Finest Bluberries from the hills of Guria."
GeorgianBlue's mission is to establish Georgian blueberries as a high quality product on the world market.
